2. The Rates not applicable during Major Events, Public Holiday (Date & Rate TBA)
3. All amendment / Cancellation must strictly during office hours : Mon - Fri (9.00 - 16.00)
4. Booking less than 7 days will be taken as GUARANTEED BOOKING
5. Cancellation / No Show Charge :
* Pax no-show on arrival day will be charged 01 night, and the rest will be automaticly released by the hotel.
* Cancellation made within 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival date, 01 room night charge will be applied.
* No-show and Cancellation for GUARANTEED reservation and Close-out Dates will be full charged.
6. No refund for any shorten stay of accomodation ex. Accompanied by letter or document statement from the hotel.
7. The above Rates is applicable for NEW BOOKING received on or after 19 MAY 2010
